Whether you have "tight building"
syndrome, ventilation problems, employee/occupant complaints about stuffiness
or symptoms of congestion, raspy throats or headaches, you can join the thousands
who have found relief and been able to "breathe easier" as a result of Mystic
Air Quality Consultants site evaluation and testing.
Employees have morale boosted and employers see a return of productivity after the source of the poor air quality is detected, cleaned or serviced, any equipment involved is repaired, and ventilation restored to proper levels to provide a healthy, energy-stimulating and spirited workplace.
All complaints and requests for IAQ testing are treated with confidence and professionalism and are reviewed by Mystic Air CIHs, CIAQPs and President Christopher J. Eident. Site interviews are conducted with thoroughness and equanimity; collecting valuable information, affirming the personal views of those effected, and laying the foundation for routing out the source and designating solutions.
All on-site testing is done with calibrated and properly maintained equipment used by properly trained staff members who are Certified Industrial Hygienists or Certified Indoor Air Quality Professionals or who are working directly with one of the company's two CIHs.
Tests include mold and mildew, air and/or material, as your situation dictates. All sample media are analyzed at AIHA accredited labs who participate in EMPAT proficiency programs.
Additionally, you receive the benefit of these tests: dust, levels of oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity, combustible gases, total hydrocarbons, polytests for 18 different gases. If your initial phone call building description or occupant symptoms indicate additional testing, then only the appropriate additional tests are added for items such as, but not exclusively limited to, hydrogen sulfide, formaldehyde, radon, nitrous oxide, pesticides, or specific chemicals used in, or made at, the site.
Your on-site exit out-briefing brings all principal personnel up-to-date on immediate findings.
Your final written report integrates and interprets site investigation findings with test results into a clear, concise, report with practical solutions and recommendations specific to your site.
